If no objection, I'll change the 1068 birth datafield from 1068 to 1089.

Aubrey's 1082 date is unsourced. Wikipedia cites sources that name Geoffrey as the eldest son of Aubrey & Beatrice, born about 1086. Aubrey was the eldest surviving son when his father died.

The birth order of the sons given by both Wikipedia and Cawley are Geoffrey, Aubrey, Roger, Robert, and William. Wikipedia cites Cokayne, Complete Peerage vol. 10, p. 194 for the children & Regesta Regum Anglo-Normannorum II, p. 100, no. 981 for Geoffrey's birth in 1086.

Genealogical Memoirs of the Extinct Family of Chester of Chicheley, Vol. 1, pg 46...identifies Robert de Vere as the husband of Matilda de Furnell, and their children as Henry, William and Robert.

There is also a family tree for this branch of the Veres on the following pages of this book.

If the birth and death dates are correct he would have been 126 years old when he died.

I realize the birth date is ABOUT 1068 but that's a real stretch. Something is not even close to correct.
